Long awaited revised PQQ document published by CCS

CCS yesterday issued a Procurement Policy Note (PPN 8/16) for England, Wales and Northern Ireland which sets out the revised standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ). This new document replaces the current standard Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and should be used with immediate effect in all above threshold contracts.
