Corporate offence re: tax evasion

The new corporate offence of failure to prevent the criminal facilitation of tax evasion is expected to come into force sometime in September. The BUFDG Tax Group has a working party putting together some suggestions for how universities can approach their obligations under these new rules, but in the meantime you might find the following resources helpful:
