Procurement Bill - Time to Talk with Shakespeare Martineau

We are delighted to be joined by Uddalak Datta, Legal Director, Shakespeare Martineau, on Monday 17 October at 11:00 for a special HEPA update on the Procurement Bill. Udi will cover the very hot topic of changes to the definition of “Contracting Authority”, as well as the legislative timetable, changes to procurement procedures, principles and award criteria as well as a brief discussion on remedies and oversight.
