Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is currently working to establish a new commercial agreement to support central government departments and wider public sector organisations throughout the UK in the procurement and delivery of construction works and services. The proposed new commercial arrangement will complement existing CCS frameworks to provide customers with access to a full provision of goods, works and services arrangements which enable effective management of your built asset and property/estates requirements. The Framework Agreement will also facilitate different contract variations including JCT, BSCC, NEC, etc.
